Starting the Charter Process

The first step is contacting the Bluewater Adventures office to discuss your ideas. Our group travel specialist will present charter options for you to consider, and answer any questions.

Our schedule page is kept up to date, but it does not tell the whole story about availability. It is best to contact the Bluewater office to discuss what departures can accommodate a private charter group.

    Bluewater Adventures ships are scheduled to host our incredible itineraries well in advance of each season. If you and your group are keen to travel on a specific ship, we can break down all of your options for you.

    Charter fees are paid in installments and can be managed by bank wire or cheque.

    Depending on the itinerary, the maximum group size is 10 – 12 people. We are happy to welcome groups made up of family & friends, photographers, team-building, and philanthropic groups.
